Olivia Star – Arco by Paco Perez

What connects 5 Michelin stars and a Laureate of the American Institute of Architects International Award? You can find out by visiting ARCO restaurant, located on the 33rd floor of the Olivia Star building in Gdańsk.

Spanish chef Paco Perez, who holds 5 Michelin stars, is renowned for managing celebrated restaurants like Miramar in Llançà, Enoteca at Hotel Arts in Barcelona, and 5-Cinco in Berlin’s Das Stue Hotel. In Gdańsk, he has opened his first signature restaurant in Poland, ARCO, which transports guests to the Mediterranean coasts of Catalonia, specifically his hometown of Llançà.

The elegant interior of ARCO draws attention to its fine details, including the iconic Platner Arm Chair by Knoll. This timeless piece of modernist design, recognized by the American Institute of Architects International Award, is part of the Platner Collection created by American architect Warren Platner. Produced since 1966, these sculptural steel chairs, with polished finishes in nickel and bronze, bring a touch of class and sophistication to ARCO’s interior, perfectly complementing its culinary artistry.

ARCO restaurant is located in the Olivia Star building in Gdańsk, at 472C Grunwaldzka Avenue.

Psst!
Rumor has it that a space was created where guests, while enjoying the legendary dishes of Paco Perez, can feel the breeze of the mythical Tramontana wind blowing from the north… yes, the very same one that shaped the genius of Salvador Dalí and is beloved by sailors and surfers alike.
